Everyone is always invited to make a butterfly lantern and walk in the parade with Krewe of the Grateful Gluttons and Seed & Feed Marching Abominables! Parade attire is floral galore.

BUTTERFLY LANTERN PARADE GAME BOOK

You need a butterfly lantern (any kind of illuminated butterfly themed object) to walk in the parade. Get some lantern making ideas here or take a butterfly lantern puppet workshop (schedule below) or pick up a kit to make at home at The Hangar starting March 13!

Meet in Jess Lucas Park. Festival starts at 5pm. Be ready to march at 8pm. We step into the street at 8:10 sharp!

Fall in behind the band and keep their pace. Spread out so everyone has room to fly! No passing.

Children must walk next to their adults at all times.

Walk your bicycle or join Outback Bikes parade group.

The route is 1 mile, about a 30 minute walk. The band will play a bit when we get back to the park. Enjoy the festival until 10pm!
